Galatians 6:1-2
How did we first discover the mess?
I know a mess when I see one because I am one.
Romans 3:20-22
The mess that brings us together is the mess that brought God near.
The Law makes us conscious of our sin.
The principle of sin is aggravated by the law.
The flesh is the fallen part of me that remains and partners with sin to defeat me. Good news: The penalty for my mess is no more.
Galatians 5:16

Galatians 6:1-2
1. There will be messes.
2. A mess is an opportunity for ministry.
3. We are all capable of making a mess.
4. A mess helps us see our need for one another.

The Apostle James said, “We all stumble in many ways” (James 3:2). How can that be a warning to “all”? How can the same statement also be an encouragement to “all”?
Read Galatians 6:1-2. How is biblical restoration with “gentleness” so different from the “cancel culture” that we see in our world today?
When God uses you to walk someone out of a mess, what are the two things that we are to guard our hearts from
Galatians 6:2 charges us to “Bear one another's burdens.” How can involvement in a small group help us live out this principle?
Our mess can be an opportunity for future ministry. What are some of the ways that God can use our messes in our future?
