An Extended Family

Has there been a time in your life where you have experienced “extended family”? Describe some of the things that made it meaningful.
We talk a lot about “caring well for one another.” Read Philemon 1:4-5. How do we see this in Philemon’s ministry?
True or False: Faith is a private matter. Read Philemon 1:6. What does this verse teach about “partnership”?
Being a part of a family can be difficult and messy. Which of these “one another” statements do you find most difficult: Be devoted to one another; honor one another above yourself; clothe yourselves in humility toward one another; have equal concern for one another?
Read Philemon 1:8-9. What was the big “ask” that Paul had to make? How is this a great example of grace and truth?
