This Explains Everything
Galatians 6:1-9
Respond-ability
Review
We were created to be responsible.
We are happiest when we are responsible.
Conflict is the price you pay for irresponsibility.
Blame just smuggles the issues from my past into my future.
Archimedes Principle: Any object completely or partially submerged in a fluid experiences an upward force equal in magnitude to the weight of the fluid displaced by the object. The Archimedes Principle is why boats float and rocks sink.
Principle 1: People reap what they sow.
Galatians 6:1
Principle 2: Irresponsibility never takes place in isolation.
Galatians 6:2-3
The most destructive form of irresponsibility is the kind that I don’t acknowledge or see in myself.
Galatians 6:4-5
Galatians 6:7
Principle 4: There is a relationship between the choices you make today and the life you experience tomorrow.
Galatians 6:8
Principle 5: If there’s any area of life that’s not where you want it to be, it’s because you have sowed yourself there.
Then what do I do?
Ask, “What is my part of the problem?”
Make the choices you should have been making all along.
Galatians 6:9
Take responsibility for the past and be responsible in the present.
